Mr. Denovan has been working with Cash Store Australia since March 2012 as its Chief Operating Officer, and is resident in Australia. Mr. Gordon Reykdal, the Company's Chairman of the Board, stated, "Mr. Denovan has been a key part of the management team since his arrival and has made significant strides to strengthen the Company's operations in Australia.
