Canaco Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CAN) ("Canaco" or the "Company") has granted
300,000 stock options to an officer of the Company pursuant to Canaco's Stock
Option Plan. The options have an exercise price of $4.84 per share and an expiry
date of April 7, 2016.
