March 27, 2013 that CapGain continued from British Columbia to Alberta under the
Business Corporations Act (Alberta). 


CapGain further advises that as of March 28, 2013, Renee Branchaud has resigned
as a Director of CapGain. CapGain appreciates and thanks Mr. Branchaud for his
contributions as a Director and wishes him luck in his future endeavors.
