(TSX VENTURE:CPP) - CapGain Properties Inc. ("CapGain") is pleased to announce
that it has sold its property located at 1211 Prairie Mine Road, Mulberry,
Florida. The final sales price was $432,500.00. The sale of the property is
consistent with CapGain's forward moving focus, that is, liquidating its
non-income producing inventory and employing the cash realized into the
purchases of income producing properties, namely multifamily properties.
