DOV Dovecorp Enterprises Inc. (Tier2)

DoveCorp Enterprise Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DOV), announced today that the Ontario
Superior Court of Justice (the "Court")granted an order on September 10, 2007
authorizing and approving four previously announced sales transactions in
respect of the business and assets of DoveCorp. RSM Richter Inc., in its
capacity as monitor of DoveCorp, continues to work with the purchasers and
expects to close the transactions before the end of September.
