EcoMax Energy Services Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EES) ("EcoMax" or the "Company")
announces that James V. Martin has rejoined the Company's Board of Directors
effective immediately. Mr. Martin was previously a director of the Company from
May 1997 to May 2007. The Company is continuing its search for replacement
directors in order to have additional nominees in place for its Annual Meeting.
