announces that the following were the outcomes of the votes held at EFT Canada's
most recent shareholder meeting on Monday, July 15, 2013.


A total of 7,143,341 shares were represented at the meeting, being 52.24% of the
Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders voted in favour of
all matters brought before the meeting, including the appointment of auditors
for the ensuing year and the election of management's nominees as directors.
