EmerGeo Solutions Worldwide Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EMG))(FRANKFURT:EMI), a leading
provider of emergency management software and consulting services, is pleased to
announce that its subsidiary Emergeo Software Solutions Middle East LLC has
secured a strategic contract with the Ministry of Interior, represented by the
Abu Dhabi Police G.H.Q., to implement its EmerGeo software. The software was
used by the Abu Dhabi Police in their emergency and crisis management work, at
the inaugural Yas Island Formula 1(R) Race in early November, to incorporate GIS
based security and emergency plans in support of their emergency response
operations. The EmerGeo software was also used in the December 2009 FIFA Cup,
the National Day Celebrations, and will continue to evolve into Abu Dhabi
Police's daily operations.

management rooms in different police command and control centers, within the
Emirate. Many organizations around the world now recognize the need to have a
system that not only tracks critical information but can also fuse data together
from many existing systems into a simple, secure and configurable web
