E-xact Transactions Ltd. ("E-xact") (TSX VENTURE: EXZ). Further to the Company's news release on December 1, 2010 advising that the merger resolution had been approved, the Certificate of Merger was filed today in Delaware. A detailed discussion of the effect of the filing is contained in the Company's information circular for the meeting. All treasury and issued and outstanding shares of the Company have been cancelled. Stockholders will receive a transmission letter from Computershare Trust Company instructing stockholders regarding delivery of their share certificates and choice of merger consideration.
