GESPEG COPPER RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:GCR) (the "Company" or "Gespeg") is
pleased to announce the update from our summer exploration on the In-Between
Project. During the summer of 2013, Gespeg initiated a soil geochemical survey
in the southern part and the northern-west part of the In-Between property. The
purpose of these soil survey was to define exploration targets for copper (Cu),
silver (Ag), gold (Au) and other metals. A total of 4254 samples were collected.

The statistical study suggested correlation assemblages commonly associated with
four types of mineralisation or geological environments:

1- Hydrothermal systems

2- Quartz-carbonate veins

3- Mafic intrusions

4- Ultramafic intrusions

The soil survey results are showing 23 anomalous zones associated with diverse
anomalous elements. The follow-up work recommended consists of prospecting and
trenching.

Furthermore, a total of 37 samples with high metal values have been collected
and are interpreted to lie directly above a potential mineralized zone. These
are therefore top priority targets for prospecting and likely trenching.

Mr. Sylvain Laberge, President and CEO of Gespeg remarks "we are very pleased
with the results of the geochemical survey. It confirms how we view the
properties and provides more certainty as to where we will focus our exploration
program, which is likely to begin in early 2014".

Additionally, Gespeg announces the cancellation of the second closing of the
private placement announced on May 16, 2013.
