GKX Gemini Corp. (delisted)

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX), today announces the grant of options to
directors, officers and senior employees.


An aggregate of 600,000 options were granted on June 17, 2008 at an exercise
price of $0.49 per share, which was the closing market price on June 16, 2008.
Under the terms of Gemini's option plan, the options are valid for four years
and vest one-third immediately and the remainder at one-third on each of the
next two anniversary dates. These grants bring the total number of options
outstanding to 3,281,666 or 9.5% of the 34,650,037 issued and outstanding common
shares of the Corporation.
