Directors effective December 21, 2017
due to increased demands from her other professional
commitments.
Gemini wishes to thank Ms. Pierce for her leadership in her role
as Chair of the Human Resources and Governance Committee and her
contributions as a Board member during her 4 year tenure as a
director.
