Application has today been made for the admission of 1,666,667 new ordinary
shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market. The new ordinary shares
have been allotted as part of the consideration due for the acquisition of At
Work Business Centres Limited, announced earlier today.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares
on 7 August 2003.
