HTN Inc. ("HTN") (TSX VENTURE:HET) today announced that it has completed the
restructuring of the company's Audit Committee in order to bring the company
into compliance with the TSXV's Exchange Policy 3.1 "Directors, Officers and
Corporate Governance" Section 16.4(b). Trading of HTN's common stock was halted
by the TSX Venture Exchange on January 8, 2008 due to a deficiency in the total
number of members as well as the percentage of "independent" Directors serving
on the company's Audit Committee. Subject to regulatory approval of the new
restructuring of HTN's Audit Committee, the company's shares will be allowed to
resume trading.
