or the "Company") (TSX-V: HLS), a specialty pharmaceutical company
specializing in central nervous system and cardiovascular markets,
is pleased to announce that it has received final approval for the
listing of the Company's common shares (the "Common Shares") on the
Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX").

look forward to becoming listed on Canada's largest, most distinguished

HLS. "Listing on the TSX is expected to expand the universe of
institutional investors available to HLS and our timing coincides

HLS's common shares will begin trading on the TSX effective as
of the open of the market on February 7,
2019. Upon listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will
continue to trade under the ticker "HLS". In conjunction with
listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will be voluntarily delisted
from the TSX Venture Exchange prior to the commencement of trading
on February 7, 2019.
