HALMONT PROPERTIES CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE:HMT) announced today that the net
income to common shareholders for the three months ended March 31, 2012 was
$0.25 million as compared to income of $0.24 million for the three months ended
March 31, 2011.


The financial results are based on International Financial Reporting Standards
("IFRS") unless otherwise noted and are unaudited.
