ISD iSign Media Solutions Inc

iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ISD) ("iSIGN" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has engaged Prime Communications Inc. ("Prime") to provide investor relations services.

Under the terms of the agreement, iSIGN will pay Prime $5,000 per month for a six month term, renewable at the option of the Company and has granted 300,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.25. The options vest quarterly over a period of one year and shall be subject to regulatory approval and the provisions of the Company's Stock Option Plan. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Prime will assist the Company in communicating with investment dealers, advisors and other financial professionals as well as its shareholders and in generating market awareness among the investment community.
