The proposed budget for the Phase II program totals $7.4 million and consists of 45,000 meters of diamond drilling on the gold areas and base metal/sulphide zones to trace the systems and develop tonnage and to test/verify the anomalies generated in Phase I program.

The combined total proposed budget for Phase I and II is $10.5 million.

The Trecesson property is located 12 km from the city of Amos and 65 km north northwest of the city of Val d' Or, Quebec, Canada. The NI43-101 report is posted on Knick's web site and is also available on Sedar.

Knick's present $1 million financing is slated for the start of Phase I work on the Trecesson property. After our extensive review we have prioritized the targets and plan to begin with drilling on the Cossette system to delineate the gold zones along strike and down dip as well as mechanical stripping on the Chib-Kayrand system to expose the priority areas where we plan on future drilling. This work will allow management to better understand the gold mineralizing system at Cossette to begin developing tonnage and the initial surface work to allow for further evaluation of the numerous mineralized areas at Chib-Kayrand.
