Long Harbour Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:LHC) reports that, by mutual agreement,
the proposed merger with Gatekeeper Systems Inc. and resulting reverse takeover
announced in Long Harbour's news release of December 21, 2009 will not be
proceeding. Long Harbour is reviewing other opportunities.
