Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LTI), is pleased to report that
its Brazilian subsidiary, X3 Telecomunicacoes e Equipamentos ("X3"), installed
3,481 Beacons (2,777 net of churned Beacons) during August in vehicles that are
insured by its customer, Itau Seguros. This brings the total number of Beacons
in service in the Sao Paulo network to approximately 30,000. In addition, the
billing for the current month includes renewal of the 2,076 Beacons installed
during August 2006, resulting in record billings of approximately $630,000. With
renewals of 2,272 beacons originally installed in September 2006, it is expected
that the record will be eclipsed with September's billing.
