LTI Cell Loc Location Technologies Com Npv

Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LTI) (new symbol: XCT), reports
that its quarterly loss has decreased to its lowest level in a year and a half.
Reported loss for the three months ended March 31, 2008 is $1.45 million or
$0.01 per share.


X3 installed 7,756 Beacons (4,463 net of churned Beacons) during the quarter in
vehicles that are insured by its customer, Itau Seguros. In addition, billing
for the quarter includes renewal of the 4,583 Beacons installed during Q1 -
2007.


The total number of Beacons in service in the Sao Paulo network is currently
approximately 41,000. To date, the Company's technology has resulted in the
recovery of 845 vehicles insured by Itau Seguros.
