Meadow Bay Gold Corporation (formerly Meadow Bay Capital Corporation) (the
"Company") (TSX VENTURE:MAY)(FRANKFURT:20M)(WKN:A1C3DN) has changed its name
from Meadow Bay Capital Corporation to Meadow Bay Gold Corporation. Effective at
the opening of the TSXV on April 4, 2011, the Company will trade under the new

number has been assigned to the Company (CUSIP: 583081104, ISIN: CA 5830811041).
Robert Dinning, Chairman and CEO of the Company stated, "Given the Company's
focus on the development of the Atlanta Gold Mine in Nevada, management believes
that the new corporate name better reflects the Company's business plan going
forward. With our recent oversubscribed private placement for gross proceeds of
US$11.3 million, the Company is now in a position to implement its mine
development plan for the Atlanta Gold Mine and to further explore its early
stage gold prospects which are also in Nevada. The name Meadow Bay Gold
Corporation helps to better identify the Company and is particularly important
for our marketing initiatives."
Shareholders do not need to take any action with regard to name change.
