New Klondike Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NK) ("New Klondike" or the "Company")
announces that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Peter George as a Director
of the Company. Mr. George has been a member of the Board since 2009 and the
Board wishes to express sincere thanks to him for his many contributions in
helping to reorient the Company as a Canadian focussed explorer, since that
time. He has advised the Company that he is resigning for personal reasons. 


About New Klondike 

Management remains focused on finalizing the Company's recent reorganization and
advancing the acquisition of a new exploration project. A New Klondike website
will be launched in the near future.
