OMT Analytixinsight, Inc.

OMT Inc. (TSX VENTURE:OMT) held its annual general meeting of shareholders
today, and announced the election of directors, including one new director, and
the retirement of one director.


Joining the Board of Directors is Richard Workman, who brings with him more than
35 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing and executive leadership in
the technology and software industries. Mr. Workman is a strong addition to the
board, and will be joining 4 returning board members. The returning directors
are Bill Baines, Stephen Pumple, Harold Heide and Murray Bamforth. OMT's Board
is now comprised of a majority of fully independent directors.


Ron Paley, a founder of OMT, has retired from the Board of Directors at the
annual general meeting. Mr. Paley provided important insights during his time as
a director, and continues in his role within OMT's organization, involved in
business development, sales and client support. OMT and the Board sincerely
thank Ron for his contributions to the Board while serving as a director.
