OMT Inc. ("OMT") (TSX VENTURE: OMT) announced today that the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary Intertain Media Inc. has been fully completed. This planned sale of Intertain was previously announced on May 27, 2009.

Intertain Media Inc. was the division of OMT that deploys background music, in-store messaging, on-hold features and digital signage services to retail and commercial clients across Canada.
