RESSOURCES MINIERES PRO-OR INC. (TSX VENTURE:POI), wishes to confirm that the
Company's management is unaware of any material change in the company's
operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity. The
company announced on April 1st, 2011 that Mr. Andre L'Heureux had been hired for
the plant operations in St-Augustin.


The activities of the Company are primarily on the exploration of mineral
properties for commercial exploitation. The Company does not currently have any
mine in operations. It holds interests in various mineral properties in Quebec. 


In recent years, the Company has made   R & D that led to the creation of two
new processes: the enrichment of chromite and the extraction of platinum group
elements (PGM) from refractory ores and rich concentrate from recycled
automotive catalysts. These processes are patented or patent pending in certain
countries.
