RIA Resources Corp. ("RIA" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:RIA) announces the
resignation of Kevin James, as President of RIA, effective February 16, 2011.
Mr. James is pursuing other opportunities, and the board of directors would like
to thank him for his efforts over the course of his engagement with the
Corporation.


The Corporation is pleased to announce the reappointment of JR MacMillan, as
Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective February 17, 2011. Mr.
MacMillan is a director and has served the Corporation as CEO prior to Mr.
James.
