State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, N-SAR, or the transition report portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

 

AlumiFuel Power Corporation, a Wyoming Corporation, hereby requests an extension until November 21, 2016, for the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2016. This additional time is necessary for the Registrant to complete preparation of the required financial statements. The Registrant plans to file the Form 10-Q as soon as reasonably practicable.

During the quarter ended September 30, 2016, the Registrant acquired certain assets from Labor Smart, Inc. and began operations in the temporary staffing industry. As a result of these transactions, the Registrant will be reporting revenue and expenses from these operations in the 2016 periods with no similar revenue or expenses in the 2015 periods. As of the filing of this Form, the Registrant is unable to provide quantitative results as it is still working to complete the required financial statements.
