Vice President. He is responsible for business development
and relationship management for the company, which operates offices
in Del Mar, Carlsbad and Ramona.
Walters is a 35-year veteran of the San Diego banking industry. During his career
he has held positions of increasing responsibility at several area
institutions, working in the areas of corporate banking,
middle-market lending, syndicated national credits, international
trade finance, and real estate/construction lending. In various
roles, he has underwritten or approved several billion dollars in
loans during his career.

Walters received a degree in Finance from San Diego State University. He also graduated from

LSU-Sheshunoff Graduate School of Banking.
He currently sits on several Boards including the Corporate
Finance Council, where he is currently the Chair, and St. Madeleine
– Sophie's Center, where he serves as Treasurer. He is also a
member of the Nice Guys and the Family Business Roundtable. In
addition, he has been appointed to the City of San Diego Funds
Commission by Mayor Sanders and is currently serving as Chair of
the Commission.
