Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 4, 2018 Mr. Richard Magrann-Wells and Mr. Ashley Sawdaye were appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Richard Magrann-Wells was appointed as Chairman. Mr. Mingoo Kevin Ghim voluntarily resigned as President of the Company and joined the Advisory Board. There were no disputes between Mr. Ghim and the Company, and the Company’s Officers and Board members would like to thank him for his outstanding years of service to the company. Mr. Ashley Sawdaye was appointed as President. Mr. Calvin Wong was appointed Secretary.
