LONDON--Britvic PLC (BVIC.LN), the beverage manufacturer,
Thursday said it has appointed Mathew Dunn as its chief financial
officer, replacing John Gibney who is retiring.
Mr. Dunn--CFO of South African Breweries Ltd., a division of
brewer SABMiller PLC (SAB.LN) in South Africa--will joint the group
later in the year, it said, without elaborating. Mr. Gibney will
remain as CFO until Nov. 25 and remain with the company until April
next year.
Shares closed Wednesday at 695 pence, valuing the company at
GBP1.81 billion ($2.82 billion).
