Pathways, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CPWY), an alternative and renewable
energy solutions company is changing management at the top
level.
Effective immediately, Clean Energy Pathways, an emerging green
energy company, will make a change at its top level management
positions. The Chairman of the Board, Mr. Harrison Parrish and the current President, Mr.
Greg Clemons have stepped down from
the company.
The new Chairman of the Board will be Jon Chynoweth, a long time fixture within
CPWY.
Mr. Chynoweth stated, "The company would like to thank Mr.
Parrish and Mr. Clemons for their years of service to CPWY". As
part of this transition, Mr. Clemons will be turning back to the
company treasury 5,000,000 shares of company stock issued as part
of his original employment agreement. This unselfish act will help
CPWY to focus on the many lucrative businesses within the Green
Energy markets.
