Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.
On June
29, 2010, Keith Hor offered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer,
effective June 30, 2010. On June 30, 2010, the Board of Directors of
Diguang International Development Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), by unanimous
written consent, accepted Mr. Hor’s resignation and nominated and appointed Li
Junjiang as Financial Controller of the Company until such time as the Board has
appointed a new Chief Financial Officer.
