Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective August 1, 2011, DJSP Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of John Turtora as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.  Mr. Turtora resigned his positions with the Company to permit him to accept a position with another employer.
