DealerAdvance, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DLAD) (soon to become Cabal Communications Corporation) CEO Steven Humphries today commented on Cabal Communications and its future plans.

Humphries said, "We are extremely excited about the communications industry, as there are many opportunities available for the company that we are exploring. Obviously the announcement from Monday (8/24) with regard to the expansion of Sports Page Weekly through syndication will have a significant, positive impact on the company. We are moving forward with the plan as we are already in discussions with a Philadelphia group. Additionally, we are looking at the radio industry and have identified specific radio properties of which we are in the process of doing our due diligence. It's a great time to get into radio, as the prices are at an all time low."

With regard to funding plans Humphries said, "We are taking a different approach, as each of the entities under Cabal are or will be private companies. This allows us to do private placements inside of the private entities to raise the capital for acquisitions and operations."
