CRYSTAL CITY, Texas, Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (OTC:ECCI) (BULLETIN BOARD: ECCI) , announced today that World Environmental Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ecoloclean Industries, Inc., has acquired an amendment to its existing agreement with Coale Environmental Services, Inc. and Chris Coale. The original agreement, dated October 27th, 2004, pertained to the exclusivity of "marketing, manufacturing, and installation for certain processes and apparatus, machinery and devices" for the separation of contaminants (including water) from fossil fuels, used in internal combustion engines. Commonly known as the COALE SEPARATOR, the device is now registered as "Diesel-Pure(TM)." (http://www.diesel-pure.com/ ). The original agreement limited World Environmental Technologies, Inc. to units capable of processing up to five gallons of fluids or less per minute. Ecoloclean Industries, Inc., foreseeing the need for units of greater capacities due to the current situation resulting from Hurricane Katrina, has expanded the original agreement to include the rights to produce and operate "Diesel-Pure(TM)" units capable of processing up to two-hundred fifty gallons a minute (250 GPM). This amendment potentially opens a vast new market for World Environmental Technologies, Inc. The "Diesel-Pure(TM)" unit has the capability of removing water, silt, sand and other contaminants from not only diesel fuel, but gasoline, transmission fluids, motor oils, and JP8 jet fuel in a matter of minutes thus delivering back to the consumer contaminant free fuel. Considering the tens of thousands and possibly hundreds of thousands of gallons of contaminated diesel and gasoline now located in the hurricane stricken areas, this new agreement will provide an inexpensive way to recover desperately needed fuel. Currently, these fuels are being taken back to the refineries to be reprocessed to remove contaminants with a method that is time consuming and costly. The "Diesel-Pure(TM)" unit can remove these contaminates quickly, efficiently and economically. The ultra clean fuel can be resold at current market prices. Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. and World Environmental Technologies, Inc. will have the first unit capable of processing high volumes of contaminated fuels completed and available for use within a few days. This unit is mounted on a trailer, is completely mobile, and can begin processing fuels within a matter of minutes upon arrival on location. A 1000-barrel tank (42,000 gallons) of contaminated fuel could be processed in approximately 2-3 hours and ready for immediate distribution. To put the speed of this unit in relative terms, it takes about 10 seconds to clean the fuel needed to fill the average family car versus weeks required to ship, re-refine and re-distribute fuel utilizing current methods. Royis Ward, President and CEO of Ecoloclean Industries, Inc., said, "We are more than fortunate to have successfully negotiated the amendment to our original contract with Mr. Chris Coale, the inventor and patent holder of the Coale Separator, and look forward to providing our services to the affected areas where this fuel is so desperately and immediately needed."
