Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. ("ESP") (OTCBB: EVSP), an innovator in environmental home inspections, released comments from the Company's Chairman and CEO, Edward L. Torres, made today. "I am pleased to announce that today we have signed an agreement with our long time partner, Lion Share Capital, to provide ESP with $120 million in Life Settlement contracts from its portfolio. This collateral will be used in our current debt offering which is ESP's most significant to date."

Torres further stated, "This is the first of several fundings of debt and equity that we expect to be completed over the next several months, which will allow us to move toward our goal of providing 100,000 long-term jobs and to implement the Certified Environmental Home Inspection, (CEHI(TM)) Program nationally. The program provides inspections for energy audits, indoor air quality, home inspections, radon, lead and asbestos that meets or exceeds the President's recent mandate."

Mr. Torres remarked that ESP is on track to help build that workforce: "We have the ability with our new jobs program, given certain milestones, to hire and train thousands of Veterans as well as Disabled Veterans. Our program will provide long-term employment in their local communities and contribute to these communities by providing a valuable service to thousands of American families. Additionally, our timing to execute this program coincides directly with the President's goals and objectives. I am proud that ESP will be a contributing factor in the creation of jobs, especially for those returning Veterans that have given so much for our country."

Finally, Mr. Torres stated, "Over the next 36 months, we expect our new jobs program to train and hire over 50,000 Veterans as Certified Environmental Home Inspectors and train and hire over 10,000 Disabled Veterans to become Customer Service Representatives to support the inspectors and customers of this new program."
