Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. ("ESP") (Pink

today announced it has engaged Bloomfield Advisors to perform
financial and other consulting services for the Company. The
engagement was effective October 4,
2010, and will continue until April
3, 2011, after which it may automatically be renewed on a
monthly basis.
Bloomfield Advisors ("BA") is a private financial advisory firm
focused on building corporate development, infrastructure and
organizational capabilities for small and micro-cap companies.
The Company has a strategic alliance with Consulting for
Strategic Growth 1 (CFSG1), ESP's investor relations firm.
