Earthworks Entertainment, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EWKS) today announced that the Company is in the process of developing a new Corporate Restructuring plan.

Steven Humphries, who has served as President Since mid 2008, has stepped down from that position. According to Humphries, "It will allow me time to concentrate on the Hit Parade Radio and Hit Parade Hall of Fame projects currently in the start-up phase."

The Company has announced that Christopher Humphries, who has been a Vice President and Director of the Company since mid 2008, has been appointed the President of Earthworks Entertainment, Inc.

Christopher Humphries commented, "We've got three really strong projects that are extremely important to the Company that we plan to fully develop. They are Z-Force, The Hit Parade Radio Format and the Hit Parade Hall of Fame. We anticipate big news on all three companies over the next few weeks."
