Excel Corporation (“Excel” or the “Company”) is filing this Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) to report a delay in the filing of its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2016. The Company requires additional time in order to complete its financial reporting disclosures. The Company is unable to complete and file with the Commission the Form 10-K by March 31, 2017 without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company expects to file the Form 10-K with the Commission within fifteen calendar days of the original prescribed date.
