Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA said Wednesday that Quironsalud, part of its hospital-operating division Fresenius Helios, has signed an agreement with Vincci Hotels to provide health-insurance cover to guests at its hotels.

The Spanish hospital group will provide 24/7 medical assistance, including video calls and doctors' visits to the hotels, for all guests at accommodation run by Vincci Hotels in Spain, Fresenius said. The service will be offered in several languages to cater for foreign guests, the company added.
