Finance and Development, Inc. (OTC Markets: GFDV) disclosed today that wholly
owned subsidiary Corporate Art Force (CAF) has been awarded a project that will generate
an estimated $1,000,000 or more in sales revenue. The client cannot be named do to confidentialty requirements.

The
project is to be completed during the 3^rd and 4^th quarters
of 2013. The revenue from the project is expected to be recorded by year-end
2013.

Corporate Art Force has recently completed 2 other high profile projects at the Radisson Blu Hotel - Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota and the Clinton International Airport in Litte Rock, Arkansas.
