The directors and management of Global Ecology Corporation ("GEC") (OTCQB: GLEC) (PINKSHEETS: GLEC) are providing this update for our shareholders on the progress of our various business segments.

The quarter ending June 30, 2012 will show initial revenue being generated at our soil amendment production facility in Castleberry Alabama. Following several months of site preparation and enhancement of our proprietary technology, our 70-acre site is now producing and selling organic products. Solid compost, liquid soil amendment (Compost Tea) and nutrient rich Mulch Plus which we are selling have been well received. Our sales force is in contact with turf farms, nurseries, farm co-ops and growers of a variety of fruit and vegetables. We are pleased and encouraged that we have received repeat orders from purchasers and purchase commitments from individuals who have tested our products.

As part of our continued desire to grow the company by finding new opportunities to expand the use of our technologies, we have formed GEC Communities, Inc., a company responsible for the oversight and installation of planned communities in a number of underdeveloped countries. These planned communities will be turnkey operations that will use our proprietary water treatment systems as well as our advanced soil amendment process to support increased agricultural demand for these developments. In connection with this project, we are working with a Texas developer, Real People Homes, Inc. and Eco Building Supplies, Inc. from California to supply housing components for these overseas communities. It is expected the first of these villages will begin construction by the end of the year with multiple locations being the ultimate goal. Additional information about this new and exciting business line will be forthcoming over the next few months.

We also are pleased to report that paperwork required for the filing of our EPA registration of our natural water treatment solution, IMS1000 has finally been reviewed and completed. The documents could be submitted this week, but no later than the end of June. Related to the timing of the filing, we are working with the University of Pittsburgh's engineering department to develop a prototype produce and meat washing system to be used in GEC's forthcoming efficacy testing for various food processing industries.

Finally, we are working with key members of our Advisory Board to develop an expanded use of our IMS1000 in the management of livestock and poultry production facilities. This additional use of our licensed technology will open new industry applications well beyond our initial expectations. When testing is completed, GEC AgriTech, Inc. will be formed as a subsidiary to pursue this new opportunity.

Our company has undergone many changes over the years and we are now positioned to benefit from the hard work of our employees, advisors and directors.

We thank you for your continued support.
