Global Profits Technologies, Inc., (�the Company�) or (�GLPT.PK �) formerly Fantastic Fun, Inc, Florida (FTFN.PK), with approval of the Board of Directors GLPT has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a 100% interest in certain intellectual property commonly known as The 4X Money Machine�, a proprietary currency trading system and its sister company Global Profit Systems, Inc. a Nevada Corporation, both under the control of Jozef Nemeth who also has controlling interest in Global Profit Technologies, Inc. in exchange for 110,000,000 shares of common stock of Global Profit Technologies, Inc. with a closing date set on or before August 5, 2008. Jozef Nemeth as a member of the Board of Directors of Global Profit Technologies, Inc., who also owns, at minimum, a controlling interest in The 4X Money Machine�, Global Profit Systems, Inc. NV. and Global Profit Technologies, Inc., abstained from Board deliberations and voting on both matters. Recent History of Global Profit Technologies, Inc a Florida Corporation: GLPT formerly Fantastic Fun, Inc. (FTFN.PK) was acquired, through a private transaction, where Global Profit Holdings, a Nevada corporation, domiciled in Scottsdale, AZ and solely owned and controlled by Jozef Nemeth acquired approximately 24 Million shares of FTFN, or approximately 94% of the total shares outstanding, on or about October 1, 2007. It is Mr. Nemeth�s intent to establish GLPT.PK, as an E-Commerce company within the Financial Products and Services Sector and Continuing Education and Training segment of the financial community. GLPT.PK, predominantly through Proprietary Software, unique trading methodologies and revolutionary software applications, with the initial product (4X-MM), will focus on the over-the-counter foreign currency markets and foreign currency trading in those markets. It is anticipated that, as the current platform and its future iterations mature and critical mass is reached, the platform will ultimately be expanded to futures, commodities, equities and their respective derivatives� markets. Global Profit Technologies, Inc.�s (GLPT.PK) initial emphasis and primary focus is in developing, marketing and managing proprietary trading technologies with the initial emphasis on the FOREX Markets. The primary emphasis and focus is therefore to leverage Mr. Nemeth�s technologies, sales and marketing network and competencies into a self sustaining organically grown international e-commerce company. Mr. Nemeth and his advisors believe what Mr. Nemeth envisioned, developed and is now implementing will be the first and only trading software application of its kind in the world and possibly the most advanced personal trading aid to date. 4X-MM brings to ANY TRADER, an unparalleled solution designed to automate the trading activities in the FOREX markets. Until recently, the FOREX Market was reserved only for the wealthiest companies and currency traders, requiring millions of dollars in order to participate. Currency trading in the FOREX market is currently and has been historically, one the most lucrative capital propositions and possibly the most profitable business activity of some of the world�s largest banks and financial institutions. In recent years, however, with the advent of, and convergence of new technologies, personal computers, communications, software development, and the internet, the doors to this enormous market have become more and more accessible, even to the average individual. Today, it is possible for an average trader to open a trading account of only a few hundred dollars with a licensed foreign currency merchant, and the profit potential of this Two-Trillion-dollar a day industry is within anyone�s reach. GLPT.PK is targeting more than 10 million professional traders and more than an estimated 30 million part-time and spare-time traders WORLDWIDE. Global Profit Systems, Inc., of the proposed acquisition and to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLPT.PK, will be responsible for providing all the necessary sales, marketing and administration of the technical and educational seminars and online training webinars to GLPT�s clients. Two basic premises are at play and provide the framework for which Mr. Nemeth conceived what is now being implemented via GLPT.PK: The first is that there are tremendous opportunities in trading Foreign Currencies, yet the real-life challenges of a truly international market that operates 24 hours a day, five day a week are difficult to overcome even for the most experienced traders. However, if those challenges could be overcome in a software application, then an idea turns into an economic opportunity with a huge global appeal. Those challenges are addressed with the tools and built-in trading modules provided in the 4X-MM proprietary software application, providing strategic and automatic trading solutions for any self-directed currency trader. The second challenge is in providing an environment for all prospective users of 4X-MM by recognizing that all participants/users are not the same. The formats include fundamental investing concepts, workshops, seminars and webinars which includes one and two-day live, instructor-led trading workshops covering topics ranging from fundamental investing principles to advanced strategies: web-based home study/online courses; personal coaching services offering students individual, on-demand access to coaches via the telephone or web chat; one-to-many online coaching and support; interactive workshops; and comprehensive ongoing support and tutorials, which have been developed and continue to be developed. This in addition to GPSI's offerings of basic to advanced technical analysis, advanced currency trading, and most importantly, training to the specific tools and functions provided by 4X-MM. What Mr. Nemeth and management discovered over several years of development and testing of the 4X-MM platform is that the more someone trades foreign currency the more they want to further develop a greater understanding of the more sophisticated models and strategies.
