Great Western Minerals Announces Feasibility Study Conference Call
SASKATOON, SK--(Marketwired - May 1, 2014) - Great Western
Minerals Group Ltd. ("GWMG" or the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE: GWG)
(OTCQX: GWMGF), a leader in the manufacture and supply of rare
earth element-based metals and metal alloys and holder of a low
cost, high-grade critical rare earth asset (the "Steenkampskraal
Project" or "SKK"), announced that it will host a conference call
and webcast to review the results of the SKK feasibility study on
Monday, May 12, 2014 at 9:00 am ET. The Company plans to
release the key metrics of the study prior to the call.
Marc LeVier, Company President and CEO, commented, "This is a
major milestone in our Company's history and I am looking forward
to reviewing the positive results with all of our
stakeholders. Over the last month, we identified several areas
where additional evaluation was warranted in order to ensure
maximum design efficiency. This included infrastructure, mine
plan and process optimization, as well as input of the latest data
regarding rare earth element pricing and market
forecasting. The objective was to reduce capital requirements
and maximize production, all of which help to further improve the
return on investment."
