RALEIGH, NC--(Marketwired - May 14, 2014) - Icon Media Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ICNM), an online retailer and website publisher, announced today that Jerry Brown has joined the company as its President and Chief Operating Officer. In his role with ICNM, Mr. Brown is charged with maximizing internal efficiencies as a means of expanding ICNM's online business revenues, as well as entering into new high-growth markets. Mr. Brown has also joined ICNM's Board of Directors.

Immediately prior to his joining ICNM, Mr. Brown had completed the successful turnaround effort at LBA Group, a multi-million dollar international engineering, consulting and equipment manufacturer. Before his tenure at LBA Group, Mr. Brown was the managing partner of a group of six AM/FM radio stations located in North Carolina and Virginia, which followed successful tenures with major U.S.-based broadcast equipment manufacturers.
