Outlook for the future.
In spite of two unsuccessful acquisition attempts and lack of
adequate funding, the company has continued to move forward towards
achieving all of its aforementioned goals. The management has been
working quietly, but diligently in all aspects of the company's
operations, particularly in its core business, the iFinix software
division's suite of products. Lead Developer, Ricardo Brillion and his staff have continued
upgrading and developing the software products. By keeping current
with today's technology the management believes that upon their
release, the iFinix software products will be formidable
competitors in the marketplace.
The company is also in negotiations with several new acquisition
targets which if completed will bring immediate revenues and
valuable assets into the company.

recognized legal and auditing firms which specialize in obtaining
DTC eligibility and OTC uplisting for micro cap public
companies.
