This platform, marketed under the name "Front Runner," was developed by InRob together with its strategic partners, Israel Aerospace Industries, Ltd. Ramta Division ("IAI Ramta"). InRob developed a dedicated robotic control system to convert Caterpillar's MTL 257B into an unmanned platform. The MTL is a compact multi- terrain, rubber-tracked machine designed for work in a broad range of applications and terrain conditions, including soft underfoot and slopes. This robotic version is ideally suited for a wide range of military, para-military, law enforcement, and civilian operations. Engineering teams from InRob and IAI Ramta worked together on designing the armor, drawing on the extensive experience both companies bring with military ground vehicles.
