Jaguar Mining Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: JAGR) announced today that the recent change in management was necessitated by the need to have hands-on expertise at the mining locale, while maintaining administrative functions in the U.S.

Dale Williams will be spending the majority of his time in Mexico overseeing the day-to-day mining activities, and will continue to be an integral part of Jaguar's operations. Excavation work in Mexico is scheduled to begin next week.
