Alliance, an international group of Avaya Business Partners,
working together as a single organization to provide global support
for multi-national enterprises, has selected Nectar's Converged
Management Platform (CMP). CMP enables Alliance members to remotely
monitor and manage the administration of global Avaya
implementations in approximately 70 countries.

technologies for voice and data networks, and is a wholly owned

represents many of the finest voice and data service providers in
the world. Their confidence in our solution, and the confidence of
large enterprises that see the benefit in having partners who
understand the importance of keeping networks up and running
without fail, further drives us to continue in our mission to
provide the best possible technology and service."
"The economic crisis of recent years has contributed to a wave
of mergers and acquisitions. In response, many global businesses
are expanding, relocating and, at the same time, taking the
opportunity to capitalize on advantages offered by new technology,"
said Tony Parish, founder of the Alliance and Managing Director of
G3 Telecommunications Plc, one of the world's top voice and data
network service providers to global enterprises. "The Aura Alliance
takes a fresh, new approach to fulfilling the service levels
expected from this increasingly demanding market and is very

Software-as-a-Service enabler."
